Brittany mainly practices from a trauma-informed and humanistic perspective, with an eclectic approach to help meet people where they’re at. What does this actually mean? Basically that you are her boss.

In this approach Brittany sees you as the expert of your lived experiences. At the end of the day we are all unique in our wants, needs, and desires, and what works for some does not mean it will always work for everyone. In Brittany’s approach the aim is to work with you and figure out what is working, what needs to change, and how we can get there together. It is not like going to the doctors- she does not prescribe. It’s a collaborative process where your voice, opinions, and experiences matter, are important, and are relevant.
